Bread Coffeehouse is a place unlike any other on campus

…a place where good coffee flows freely, delicious treats are served daily, where residents and staff know your name, where you will be treated with love no matter what you believe, a place that never pushes Jesus on you but a place where the staff believes in serving Jesus by serving you and loving you.

We have live bands, great dinners, quiet study times, deep conversations, great story tellers and people who will listen to you.And we are a lot of fun! Come play ping pong or a board game, create art by baking or drawing on the tables, pick up a guitar, play with playdough or dance in the kitchen.

Located at the intersection of North Decatur Road and Clifton Road, Bread Atlanta serves the students of Emory University and the surrounding area. The house is open Monday through Thursday during the semester for students to get a free cup of coffee, play games, and feel at home.

Brooke Vore

Interim Team Leader, Campus Minister

Brooke launched Bread Oxford in 2016 with the dream that every student on campus would know there is a place where they are seen, known, loved, and valued. She joined the Bread Emory team in 2023 and looks forward to bringing all the she learned at Oxford to the Emory campus. She is more excited than ever to offer lavish hospitality, build trust-based relationships, and provide environments for students to experience the love of Jesus.

Kyle graduated from Atlanta Christian College (now Point University) in 2008. After graduation he moved to Birmingham England to help start a campus ministry at the University of Birmingham. He now works at Bread working with sophomore leaders among other things! Kyle is married to Alicia, is a dad of two boys, and enjoys bringing his dad energy to every situation possible (dad jokes are a favorite of his).

Grace “Cas” Rossi

Intern

Grace “Cas” Rossi graduated in 2024 from Emory University with a major in Business and English — and she’s so excited to keep serving the Lord through her work at Bread! Originally hoping to work in publishing, she felt called to serve a higher purpose after graduation. Bread has been her home-away-from-home during college, and she’s been incredibly blessed to serve previously in student leadership roles. Now, she hopes to continue the mission of following Jesus’s word through action during her time as an intern. When she’s not talking Philippians and Isaiah (her favorite books in the Bible), she’s somewhere in the house reading, listening to Taylor Swift, or doing both.

Her nickname comes from her grandma (who she thinks was kind of the coolest person ever) and the fact that it gets confusing having so many Graces hanging around (even though she thinks its also one of the coolest names ever).
